Things like Wilbur always moving first, almost all his attacks being themed around directing Swine Prince, the fact that SP will always and without fail use his rage move on you after you target Wilber with any kind of ability, that SP has no eyes, that (like Morrtanius said) your heroes' barks will tell you to not hit him again and sometimes (if I remember right) tell you before you even attack him. Granted when you're new it's not always obvious and you haven't encounted many bosses by that point, but they're definitely there. You just have to guess it or try it which kinda sucks.Īs you play more there are a lot of things that point to him being a big part of the boss fight and not just an additional mob. that indicate wilbur should survive or else the prince goes crazy. There is no indication on any of them like thier attack types etc. Makes me a little giddy to see the nerd rage threads :) It is fun to be reminded of DD gameplay when players don't know how to successfully beat a specific boss. Games like FF15, Guild Wars 2 and Diablo 3 selling well and being popular support that claim.Scorpiovaeden eredeti hozzászólása:I always find it funny - no offense to the OP - when I see these threads. It seems a big portion of people who play games nowadays are ultra casuals. I'm not surpised however since people think Dark Souls is one of the hardest games that you could play. The whole point of the game is to use different party combinations and walk through the different areas, not to finish the game as fast as possible and throw it away. I also don't get why people complain about the grind because it's a dungeon crawler. It seems most people here that complain about the RNG are just too lazy to figure it out and expect to steamroll through everything just by playing a few hours for the first time. It's kinda like Dark Souls were you have to get familiar with everything and then play by the rules or get annihilated. Yeah they could have done a better job with the bosses because it's just trial and error.
